The Role

As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be the "face" of our company on-site. You’ll travel to various residential and commercial properties, capturing high-quality interior and exterior images that highlight a home’s best features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Photography: Capture high-quality HDR images, including wide-angle interiors and architectural exteriors.

• On-Site Styling: Lightly "stage" or adjust furniture/decor (e.g., fluffing pillows, hiding trash cans) to ensure the best possible shot.

• Aerial Imaging: Conduct drone photography/video for property overviews (Part 107 Certification required).

• Floor Plans & 3D Tours: Utilize Matterport or similar technology to create digital twins of properties.

• File Management: Upload raw files daily to our editors according to company deadlines.

Qualifications

• Equipment: Own a professional-grade DSLR or Mirrorless camera, a wide-angle lens (approx. 16-35mm), and a sturdy tripod.

• Technical Skill: Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and "bracketing" for HDR.

• FAA Part 107 License: Required for all drone operations.

• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a must, along with a reliable internet connection.

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills; you must be comfortable interacting with real estate agents and homeowners.
